Minor in Interdisciplinary Studies
Students may request an interdisciplinary studies minor, which could include courses from a variety of fields. To declare an interdisciplinary minor, students must submit the Academic Program Change Request form found on the Registrar’s web page. The form will request a list of courses to be used (minimum of six classes – 18 credits - from at least two different majors as determined by prefix, listed as “SUBJ – XXX(X) – Title,” and be prepared to describe the goals of the ITDY minor in a brief statement. No more than one course required for a student's major may be used for the interdisciplinary minor. Academic Advising can assist you with this process.
